This policy explains the process for returns and refunds on the MaBaddi platform.


1. Marketplace Policy

MaBaddi operates as a marketplace connecting independent buyers and sellers. Because of this, return and refund policies may vary depending on the seller.

Buyers should review listing details and communicate with the seller before purchasing.


2. Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • The product is significantly different from the description

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

Return requests should be made within 14 Days of receiving the item.


3. Refund Process

Refunds may be issued if both parties agree that:

  • The product must be returned

  • The seller accepts the return

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method when applicable.

For cash-on-delivery purchases, refunds may be handled directly between the buyer and seller.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns, including:

  • Personal items

  • Opened hygiene products

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable


5. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, MaBaddi may review the case and assist in reaching a resolution.

However, MaBaddi does not guarantee refunds in every dispute.


6. Reporting Issues

Users may report issues through the platform's support system.

When reporting a problem, users should provide:

  • Order information

  • Photos if applicable

  • Description of the issue
